A focused exhaust and calibration starting point for your ZR1.

Our Entry Level Package pairs long-tube headers and a high-flow catted X-pipe with supporting ignition and cooling components. It is the first option in our current C6 ZR1 lineup for owners looking beyond the factory combination.

We review your existing modifications, fuel and driving goals before planning the work and dyno calibration around your car.

Stainless Works 2" long tube headers W/ high flow 3" catted X-pipe
NGK TR7IX spark plugs w/ Accel ceramic spark plug wires
Ligenfelter 160-degree thermostat
LC3 custom installation and Dyno tune available

Expected gains: 30-40hp to the rear wheels.

Stage 1 Camshaft Package

Camshaft character for your supercharged ZR1.

Stage 1 moves into camshaft and valvetrain work, supported by the exhaust, pulley, cooling and ignition components listed below. The camshaft and calibration are planned as part of the complete supercharged combination.

Our Full Bolt-On Package adds the listed overdrive-pulley and belt combination to the exhaust, ignition and cooling components. It is an option for owners who want to develop the existing setup before moving into camshaft or cylinder-head work.

We review your fuel choice, current modifications and supporting hardware before planning the installation and dyno calibration.

Stage 2 Heads / Cam Package

Cylinder-head and camshaft work for your supercharged ZR1.

Stage 2 combines the heads-and-cam components listed below with supporting valvetrain, exhaust, cooling and pulley hardware. The package develops the ZR1’s supercharged combination rather than treating it as a naturally aspirated build.
